Hi, I’m Molly, a fitness and nutrtion professional, and mom of four.  

 

For the past twenty years, I’ve worked with a variety of groups in the fitness world. As a certified athletic trainer, personal trainer, and nutrition coach, I’ve created programs for everyone from elite athletes to busy moms on the go, and even factory workers aiming to prevent injuries.  

 

After getting countless requests to take my coaching online, I finally decided to dive in!
